HAVE FUN TRAVEL SERVICE CO., LTD Cancellation Policy
(NOTE: HAVE FUN TRAVEL SERVICE CO., LTD covers the difference to full refund regardless of cancellation date for any covered reason.)

Cancellation fees per person are: Cancellations made beyond 31 days prior to trip will qualify for a 90% refund, between 21 days to 30 days prior to trip will qualify for an 80% refund, between 2 days to 20 days prior to trip will qualify for a 70% refund, 1 day prior to trip will qualify for a 50% refund. No refund will be issued for cancellations and changes in the itinerary on or after departure date.
Owing to acts of God, full refund can be made except 10% administration fees.
Air packages and air tickets are subject to cancellation policies imposed by the airlines. Many tickets distributed by HAVE FUN TRAVEL SERVICE CO., LTD are non-refundable, non-transferable and not changeable once issued.
Policy will be immediately effective upon receipt of signed copy of this page.

Responsibility Notice
The event and associated travel advertised herein, including all tickets, vouchers and coupons issued and all arrangements for transportation or conveyance or for hotel or lodging or for sightseeing services are made by HAVE FUN TRAVEL SERVICE CO., LTD, as agency and/or service providers and/or suppliers providing services necessary for operation of the tour/travel/event upon the express condition that HAVE FUN TRAVEL SERVICE CO., LTD shall not be liable for any injury, damage, loss, accident, delay or irregularity to any event participant or his/her property that may result from any act or omission of any company, contractor or employee thereof providing services in connection with the event, including but not limited to transportation, lodging, food and beverage, entertainment, sightseeing, luggage handling and tour guiding. Furthermore, HAVE FUN TRAVEL SERVICE CO., LTD cannot be held responsible for delays resulting from weather and road connections, breakdowns, strikes, riots, acts of God, authority of law or other circumstances beyond its control. In the event that those participants who have made full or partial payment for the tour will be entitled to a full refund of monies paid, but under no circumstances will HAVE FUN TRAVEL SERVICE CO., LTD be liable for cancellation to a tour participant in excess of amount paid. The HAVE FUN TRAVEL SERVICE CO., LTD is not responsible for price increases imposed by the event coordinators/tour operations and/or service providers. The HAVE FUN TRAVEL SERVICE CO., LTD are not responsible for breach of contract or any intentional or careless actions or omissions on the part of the event coordinators/tour operators and/or service providers, such as suppliers of tours or other services used or obtained on or at the time of the event, trip or program, which result in any loss, damage, delay or injury to you or your travel companions or group participants. There is no guarantee any of such suppliers rates, booking or reservations and HAVE FUN TRAVEL SERVICE CO., LTD shall not be responsible for any social or labor unrest, mechanical or construction difficulties, diseases, local laws, climate conditions, abnormal conditions or developments or any other actions, omissions or conditions outside HAVE FUN TRAVEL SERVICE CO., LTD controls.

DISCLAIMER LIABILITY
HAVE FUN TRAVEL SERVICE CO., LTD is a travel agency acting as an intermediary or agent for suppliers, such as air carriers, hotels, tour operators, ground transportation companies and other independent firms. HAVE FUN TRAVEL SERVICE CO., LTD does not own or operate any of these firms; therefore, shall not be responsible for breach of contract or any intentional or careless actions or omissions on part of such suppliers, which result in any loss, damage, delay or injury to you or your travel companions or group members. In addition, HAVE FUN TRAVEL SERVICE CO., LTD cannot guarantee acceptable performances by any of these firms and each participant agrees not to hold HAVE FUN TRAVEL SERVICE CO., LTD liable for the quality of services and the condition or cleanliness of the accommodations. Unless the term “guaranteed” is specifically stated in writing on your ticket, invoice or reservation itinerary, we do not guarantee any of such suppliers’ rates, bookings, services or reservations. Your retention of tickets, reservations or bookings after issuance shall constitute a content of the above, and an agreement on your part to convey the contents hereto to your travel companions or group members. HAVE FUN TRAVEL SERVICE CO., LTD herein gives notice that we cannot be responsible for any disruption of travel and/or unrest, labor problems, mechanical or construction difficulties, climatic aberrations, acts of God, war, diseases, or any other circumstances beyond its control. There are good travel insurance plans available for passengers to protect themselves. We are not responsible for the neglect or omission of suppliers or carriers, so we strongly recommend travel insurance. HAVE FUN TRAVEL SERVICE CO., LTD reserves the right to refuse service to any individual for any reason.
