Day 2 – Beijing

Full day visit Great Wall (Badaling), that has been built from 770-475 B.C. – climbing on top on the 2484 miles long Great Wall is really an experience. Afterwards the Summer Palace, the summer-residence of the former emperors with one of the biggest and best preserved gardens in China and visit a pearl factory and enjoy a 45 minutes Foot Massage.

Day 3 – Beijing

Visit Tiananmen Square where the Mao’s Mausoleum and the Congress Hall are located, then the Forbidden City with the emperor’s palace in the heart of Beijing (So called because it was off limits for 500 years, covering an area of 250 acres, protected by a 10.7m high wall, marked off by towers at each corner).

Visit the Hutongs, lanes or Alleys formed by lines of Siheyuan (a compound with houses around a courtyard) where old Beijing residents live, witness the vicissitude of the city by a trishaw.

Day 4 – Beijing / Xian

Transfer from hotel to airport for flight to Xian, A history of over 3,000 years, Xian served as China’s earliest capital for eleven Dynasties for over 1,100 years. Here the Chinese have created their brilliant civilization and left behind many historical sites and relics.

Full day visit Terracotta Warriors with more than 6,000 life-sized terracotta figures of soldiers and horses in perfect battle array are showing the superb sculptural art of that time, Wild Goose Pagoda with lunch at local restaurant. After lunch visit herbs and medicine market.
