Window On China Theme Park |
Taiwan's Window on China has the second-largest collection of miniature structures in the world. Its meticulously executed scale-model reproductions focus on famous buildings from Taiwan and China, both ancient and modern, with a large number of buildings from other parts of the world as well. Its attractions are divided into four sections: Mini China and Taiwan: Contains exactly reproduced miniatures of Chinese and Taiwanese architectural wonders. Including the Great wall, the Forbidden City, Longmen Buddhist Caves, Lungshan Temple, and Tianhou(Goddess of the Sea) Temple. Mini Kingdom: Features European classical architecture, structures from the mysterious Orient, sites from the opening up of America. And marvels from ancient Egypt. Amusement Park: Contains exciting, thrilling, but safe indoor amusements. Taiwanese Folk Performances: These encompass a diverse range of traditional folk performances, including Chinese acrobatics and folk dances as well as Taiwanese aboriginal singing and dancing. A miniature railway in the park offers visitors free rides to its many attractions. |

Leofoo Village Theme Park |
In year 1994, Leofoo Village entrusted Battaglia Associate Inc. Designing Company in America to re-construct the theme park and presented itself in a brand-new style, Leofoo Village Theme Park, with over 100 acres. It has six different cultural customs as the main attraction, Wild West, South Pacific, Arabian Kingdom, China Town, Fairy Tale Town and African Safari. With the six different main attractions, Leofoo has become the first recreational park that combines both zoo park and recreational park together in the Asia region. Leofoo Village Theme Park is the only real theme park in the national. The biggest difference between a recreational park and a theme park is that the theme park has a strong topic which combines the modern technology and innovation to create an actual environment including the buildings, plants, landscape, food and beverage, merchandise, music, clothes and recreational facilities; all of which needs to be related to the them, letting tourists experience the surprise and enjoyment that the entertaining environment provides. The park currently has more than 30 well-known recreational facilities includes “Pagoda's Revenge”, “Screaming Condor”, “Mighty Mountain Flue Adventure”, “Big Canyon Rapid Ride”, “Captain Cook’s Swinging Ship”, etc. As expansion of the theme park, more facilities will be introduced to provide more diversity and abundant services to tourists. Because the theme park provides such services, Leofoo Village is famous for its excellent service quality since 1996 and won the annual best recreational tourism park evaluated by the Taiwan Government each year. |
